College Cost Reduction Act

Speaker Pelosi spoke this afternoon at an enrollment ceremony in the Capitol, in which she signed the College Cost Reduction and Access Act, the largest investment in college Financial Aid since the GI Bill in 1944. After the bill was enrolled, it was sent today to President Bush for his signature into law. Also speaking are Chairman George Miller and Chairman Ted Kennedy. College needs to be …
College needs to be free to everyone in the country, as Highschool was back in the 50’s and 60’s and even the 70’s when it was in high demand, the problem nowadays is Highschool is oldschool and worthless for finding a job, I mean who in the world besides some Pimp Brothel or a Chinese or Indian sweatshop would ever hire someone with just a Highschool diploma?

Let their be no mistake — there IS a difference between the two parties. The Democrats are in power for less than one year – and look at what they have accomplished … all with a President hostile to the needs of young Americans. This is the BIGGEST investment in higher education since the GI Bill – and it happened because YOUNG PEOPLE voted for Democrats. Thank you Democrats!
