Whatever is left (after tuition, housing, meals, etc), you can spend it on whatever you want.

yes you can, but after books you're not going to have that much left over. Also, you don't want to be that far in debt when you graduate. I'm in the same situation you are, but you have to get a part time job just to survive.

It will be your money to spend on college classes and textbooks. You can add your housing into it, but realize that these are loans and must be paid back. So just be careful where you spend it, and it goes fast.
