I have three important questions: 1. Do you have to be single to qualify for Obama's moms-back-to-school program? 2. What is considered "incapable" of paying for your own education? For example, our family makes ends meet (app 50k for a family of seven) BUT my husband has 50k worth of student loan debt from his MBA. Does the government consider such things? 3.
