I am looking to go back to school. I have three important questions:
1. Do you have to be single to qualify for Obama's moms-back-to-school program?
2. What is considered "incapable" of paying for your own education? For example, our family makes ends meet (app 50k for a family of seven) BUT my husband has 50k worth of student loan debt from his MBA. Does the government consider such things?
3. Is grant money figured per year, or per semester?
Thanks!
